Female Cycle In Petroglyphs

I’m going a little bit crazy looking at this image from Nevada. There’s no question that the semi-circular carvings are yonis (vaginas). This is well documented and accepted as it is a worldwide symbol indicating the same concept. But look at the lines! 28 short and 6 long. Can any women relate to that rhythm? How about any men who live with women?
