Backdoor To The Beach: Part 1

My goal this summer is to find a way to hike nature trails from my backdoor to the beach.

I hiked from El Scorpion Park (top of Vanowen in West Hills,CA) to Agoura Hills. 7.5 miles passing through El Scorpion Park, Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve, and Cheeseboro/Palo Comado Canyon. This is the first leg of my goal which is to hike all the way from my back door to the beach. The next leg will be hiking from Old Agoura to the coastal side of Malibu Creek State Park.
